Community Guidelines

We have established these simple community guidelines for the purposes of building a strong dynamic community.

In short, ‘BEHAVE YOURSELF’ and ‘BE KIND’. 🙂

More detailed, in more practical terms:

1. Your membership is an individual community account. For business and organizational purposes, add your organization here.
2. All profiles require a profile picture so people can recognize you. Only those members with a profile picture are allowed to join private groups.
3. In order to connect directly to members you already know, you can search for their name in the Members directory, and send a connection request.
4. If you want to connect to people that you don’t know, please introduce yourself first. This can be done via a post on their individual profile timeline.
5. Do not solicit for money or sales from other members.
6. Do not post marketing type of product announcements and information without approval. We have the opportunity for sponsored content, if interested please contact us.
7. Each group organizer has the ability to set their own additional guidelines, please follow them.
8. Upload pictures within the recommended sizes in order to keep the server burden to a minimum.
9. Feel free to respectfully communicate your voice and perspective and respect others opinions as well.
10. You are encouraged to keep us updated on the progress of what you are doing for the Water via posting event announcements, project descriptions and images.
