Keynote Speaker:
Brittany Thurlow is a student of nature, the elements, the ceremonial arts, and Earth-honoring ways. Guided by a deep reverence for life and an appreciation for healing wisdom traditions and contemplative studies, her path has been shaped by teachings from diverse traditions, philosophies, and theologies.
Through her offerings, Brittany weaves together science and spirituality, embodied practice, nature-based facilitation, and relational connection with the Earth.
Her current devotion to water is expressed through her role as a co-founder of Vorterra, which offers a technology solution that optimizes water’s abilities using vortex and resonance action for home use and agriculture. She founded The Well which merges emergent discoveries about water with embodied teachings through meditative practices. She currently cultivates community space and herbalism through her work as the Founder of The Plant Ally, located in Washington State.
Brittany has immersed herself in the study of water, exploring both its scientific properties and subtle, energetic nature. This learning has deeply informed her work, as she believes that water is not only essential to all of life, but also an ancient teacher—one that graciously shows us how to live in greater harmony, wisdom, generosity, and remembrance of our true nature.Â
Topic:
Brittany will share from her recent work, The Well, in which she presents “Reflections with Water”; a course that teaches simple yet potent embodied practices to deepen our connection with water. For our time together, please find a comfortable seat where you feel grounded, and bring something to write with, a journal, a cup or mug of water (preferably hot), and your open heart.
To Bring to this practice: A journal and pen, and a cup or mug of water (preferably hot)
Please find a comfortable seat to begin your journey into meditative practices. You may want to light a candle, light incense, or sit in nature or near flowers or plants – whatever you need to find comfort in your space.
