Proposed structure for Watershed Wisdom Council Concept:

• One Ocean; (The Oceanic Parliament is the representative organizing body)
• There are 5 “named” ocean regions: Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Arctic, and Southern;
• These would logically be categorized into east & west sides longitudinally (possibly excluding the Arctic and Antarctica);
• Then the divisions are distinguished further following the predominant currents and climate zones as generated along the latitudes north and south of the equator;
• the central tropical band north and south between the equator and the Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn.
• Any seas and gulfs
• Reefs and other vital oceanic regions
• The distributary Deltas
• Main Affluent Tributaries
• Confluent Branches and Streams
• Influent Creeks and Springs
